PBBNOW Jobs Training Programs Initiative with QBD is a collaborative effort to help participants (ages 18 & up) to persist beyond the barriers to gainful employment in Orlando. This initiative is intended to increase occupational skills attainment of all participants served through quality education and training offerings in areas of customer service and telephone marketing. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the quality of the workforce of the Greater Central Florida Region.
